Mr. Sadler practices in the areas of Forestry Law, Business Organizations, Corporate and Business Reorganizations, Secured Transactions, Commercial Loans and Financing, Insolvency, Buying and Selling Business, Property Development and Commercial Real Estate. He has particular and special knowledge and experience with forestry legislation, corporate law, bankruptcy and insolvency legislation, income tax and secured transactions generally. He has completed courses to qualify as a commercial mediator.
