Associate Counsel
Peter had lived in Prince George for thirty-five years and is presently working out of his satellite home office in Peachland. Making the most of the outdoors he enjoys skiing, motorcycling and fishing.
Peter was called to the Bar in 1977 and is a solicitor involved in business acquisitions, financing, corporate & commercial work, employment law, contract disputes, leasing & foreclosures.
Peter has served the Bar in many capacities over thirty-three years as president of the Cariboo Bar Association, elected Law Society Bencher for Cariboo County for six years, elected Director of the Canadian Bar Association, as a Director on the Board of the College of New Caledonia, and as a Governor of the Law Foundation. Peter is now a member of the BC Council of Administrative Tribunals.
His practice specializes in general corporate and commercial law, including business purchases, leasing, contract disputes, loans and employment law, where he finds solving client problems the most rewarding part of his job. Peter was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1997.
